Effective June 30, 2009, the Management Team of ZON Re – USA, LLC lead by President & CEO W. Brian Harrigan along with Chief Reinsurance Underwriter Kieron Farrelly and Chief Insurance Underwriter Keith Johansen, acquired the company in its entirety.  ZON Re will continue to operate as an independent Managing General Underwriter (MGU) focused on distribution and management of Personal Accident Insurance programs. ZON Re is a market leader in underwriting and management of Personal Accident Reinsurance and Insurance programs.
